Simple, stable and measurable

How it works

SEOS turns every session into useful information: prepare the device, perform the exercise and compare your results to understand how your strength is developing.

Assemble

Fit the Regleta V4, Hold V4 and Lock V4 into the base. Then choose the palm support that best fits your hand size. No tools are required.

Train

Place SEOS on a horizontal surface. Rest your palm on the support, place four fingers on the edge and keep your thumb outside. Pull towards you progressively. You do not need a Tindeq to perform the exercise.

Measure if you want to

If you add a compatible Tindeq Progressor, you can record the force applied, save your results and compare them to monitor your progress. The dynamometer is optional and is not included.

SEOS is designed for isometric finger-strength exercises. It features a stepped 20 mm edge with a 5 mm edge radius. A 20 mm edge is a common reference in finger-strength testing, helping to standardise tests and compare progress consistently.

What is included

You will receive SEOS as six complete pieces that fit together easily, without tools.

    Allows you to perform the exercise without a dynamometer.
  4. 04Lock V4
    Locks the assembly to keep the pieces correctly positioned.
  5. 05Small palm support
    For hands with a smaller palm.
  6. 06Large palm support
    For hands with a larger palm.
